Last prism can pretty much obliterate the wither storm, and focusing it onto the command block can demolish it.

Also terrarian can always blitz him or he can just simply use rod or discord to teleport behind him and cut him in half with terra blade

Gonna give another vote to the Terrarian here, Terrarian blitzes this easily before WS can really setup his Command Block hax, leaving it down to a straight fight where Terrarian just has so much hax and item advantage.
