Ungodly late reply, but hey.

IIRC, destroying bedrock is about 5-A, the player has a staff that can casually destroy about at least 25-50x that amount at once by powering it with six or so kinetic runes. Other staves that use a portion of this (let's say, about three or so) would be about 12.5-25x stronger than the 5-A that is used for destroying bedrock, so that's pretty huge.

Anywho, the player cold probably transmutate the wither storm into a chicken as with almost every other AoA boss.
