Kraven I'd say is a pretty similar opponent to Widowmaker, and Spidey has beaten him multiple times, so once he figures out how she goes around, he'll beat her more easily, if it already isn't easy enough. I mean, Spidey can dodge her bullets, even at close range, his strength is godly compared to hers, he's got Spider-Sense to warn him of danger, he specializes in his own martial art called "Way of the Spider" which blitzed many other characters, his webbing managed to hold even stronger characters like the Thing, this is unfair, really.
