seriusly he is at lest 8 times stronger than namek saga freezer and in the manga it was said that he destroid several solar systems so is confirmed than his power is above 4B so why isn t him a 4A character

For one, Buu's so much stronger than 8x Frieza that it's not even funny. For two, it requires so many times more than 8x to reach 4-A. For three, that was never said in the manga.
