Why is Po "Likely 6-B"?

Basically all of the calcs for the feat are Tier 7. Why is the 6-B one rated as likely? It seems like a stretch to assume it is life-wiping since it is so far above the rest of the feats, especially since the calc page starts with "Nor is he hinting that the meteor itself is life-wiping".

Because the clip for it shows that the meteor was massive in comparison to the planet. What the calc page starts with is just one member's opinion.
