Why is Gilgamesh 1A instead of High 1-A?

Basically the question. He should be High 1-A like the rest of the cast of the series.

Same. I asked a question, let's see if someone can answer. Cause it seems he got left out when everyone else got an upgrade to H1A

"Can defeat far stronger enemies with stories."

That's the high 1-a part, though I don't know why the profile doesn't flat-out say that it's that tier. The 1-a part is with the horn of maanim.

He's only 1-A with the horn shit. Like, he can only dish out 1-A levels of damage. He wins against higher beings due to his plot manipulation making everyone else weaker than him.

I know, but like everyone else from his verse, he should be on the same level, no?

at least Outerverse level+ with the Maanim (Gilgamesh possesses the Maanim which is a trumpet capable of destroying and remaking the Hierarchy of Stories. When the horn is blown, it erases everything, its note is the anti-thesis of essence and existence. Sounding the horn will cleanse everything, leaving only the unwritten page behind. The hierarchy of worlds is an endless hierarchy of stories, with no top or bottom and where a world on a lower layer is fictional to the world above it. Even dimensions are completely irrelevant to the characters that resides in the upper world stories and a single story can even contain more, even infinite stories. Just like Gilgamesh, The Maanim is powered by The Leviathan giving it extraordinary power)

This seems High 1A to me but anyways even without it stomps all High 1As but I think it should be 100% H1A

The hierarchy it blows up is 1-A+ so no.
There's no reason for it to be High 1-A, nor for Gilgamesh.

It would be like putting Taylor as 1-A.
