Why hasn't Ludger Kresnik been upgraded yet?

It feels like it's been two years since the profile for Ludger Kresnik has been uploaded to the wiki but he still is unknown tier for no logical reason as it seems like the person who made the profile knows pretty much nothing about the character as he was able to destroy alternate universes

And for some reason nobody has tried to upgrade the page or even talks about it at all which annoys me as isn't this wiki ment to be as accurate as possible?

I can't find a clip as all I find are just walk through videos that would take too long to get to the parts where Ludger destroys the fractured dimension which are parallel universes
