Why does Pegasus Seiya have Low Multi defense?

I mean his only AP feats are scratching the cheek of Apollo and hitting Hades with an attack that killed Pegasus. Maybe this is enough but it does warrant the question from me.

His ap is 1:1 with his defense, and his ap feats are enough for low multi.

The cloths durability raises proportionally to cosmo and going off recent chapters, I’d argue Seiya’s durability is exponentially greater than his AP.
