Why does Arceus have Abstract Type 1?

In the Arceus True Form section its stated he Embodies the Reality that shapes all the Pokémon World.
Isn't embodying something Type 2 and not type 1?

From what I can tell he still has physical form. Nothing on the profile states otherwise atleast. It just says he's an embodiment.
