Why do we have two categories for the same thing: "Summoners" and "Summoning users"?

Just noticed this while adding categories and it popped up. Summoners and Summoning Users are the exact same thing, and there are only 4 characters in the latter category. Why is this? And why is there a character with both categories?

Probably the same reason Healing users and Healers were both a category; it should just be Summoners.
