As we know, the two great spirits are dualities that make up reality in tensura. It includes

Life-Death,
Yin-Yang,
Light-Darkness.

And won't all transcendence get TD2 ?

First we have two dark light spirits that act as the yin and yang duality that makes up reality in Tensura and Rimuru has transcended them. Therefore he has TD1.
