Why can't I upload .mp4 or .mov files?

I'm trying to upload a video file for a calc I'm planning to do, but I can't upload the file despite trying both mp4 and mov formats. I also made sure the file size was under 10 mb but it still wouldn't let me upload the file. This is what shows up.

Is there a way to fix this?

I can't upload it either, best way for you to upload that video it to upload as a gif, or upload on yt and embed it on Here wiki.
