Why are almost all the big baddies of MLP 4-C?

Even if those revisions don't get accepted, there are multiple characters who should certainly get At least 4-C/High 4-C. Maybe not as many, but still quite a few.

I'm just gonna point it out right now: People far closer to the edge of their respective tiers (like .2 tons away) and with much bigger scaling chains than Tirek and Rainbow Power, are still only at the edge instead of the baseline for the next tier (If the "Highest AP for Every Tier" thread is Any Indicator). High 4-C is a crap tier for MLP anyways, they are fairly weak High 4-C's. They'll thrive in 4-C.

We also can't assume multipliers based on how casual a feat is.

Isn't this website to display facts above all else. I don't think keeping them at a certain tier just so they can thrive is the right thing to do. Also, when I say At least 4-C, I mean possibly Star Level+ for most cases, not High 4-C.

It isn't so they can thrive. I'm basing my opinion off what I've seen other similar characters rated as.

4-C+ or High 4-C, only those scaleable to full power Tirek get the + everyone else should get an "at least" 4-C not a possibly 4-C+. From what I've been told, you can't get a + just for being casual.

Probably an at least rating for All Alicorn Twilight and Tirek based on multipliers, and ease of the feat done by people inferior to them. I think by this point an at least for tier 4 is being suggested.

I however, have no idea about anyone else in the baselines or the EoH since it is probably better suited for someone with better judgement than myself like Darkanine.

(sorry for necroing, but this is kinda important) I've asked them again, but I wouldn't hold my breath. I don't see any problem with At least. It's just basic logic at this point, considering Twilight vs Sombra.

I personally don't mind an "At least 4-C" or maybe "High 4-C" for the strongest characters/weapons, but I am not the best at evaluating this. You can tell Azathoth and Darkanine that I would appreciate their input.

There is actually talk about upgrading Twilight to 4-C for sparring with Sombra, and Darkanine is in favor of that.

Not as if Starswirl doesn't have feats to call his own. Him failing to lower the Moon and raise the Sun by himself never happened in "Horse Play", which retconned the book. "The Beginning of the End" portrays him as comparable to Luna and Celestia. And the most blantant example is him creating shields powerful enough to withstand attacks from a bloodlusted Pony of Shadows.

I'm not a fan of tier jumping to High 4-C with the exception of full powered Tirek. I think they should just be 4-C.
