Gorilla is a pretty capable fighter. He's a trained bodyguad and is very strong in his own right.Stomp. Gorilla has no battle IQ whatsoever. Meanwhile Nora as a relatively good kickboxer needs to have basic tactical skills. Her overconfidence allows basically any character with above average intelligence to outsmart her, but this is something Gorilla lacks. It would have been a first-round KO for Nora.
Sure he is, but this doesn't change the fact that he has below average intelligence. He is consistently shown being outsmarted by middle school kids, and not just particularly clever ones.Gorilla is a pretty capable fighter. He's a trained bodyguad and is very strong in his own right.
It's just that Nora is far more skilled than him so it'll give her the edge to win
Intelligence /=/ skillSure he is, but this doesn't change the fact that he has below average intelligence. He is consistently shown being outsmarted by middle school kids, and not just particularly clever ones.
So an experienced kickboxer shouldn't have any trouble in fooling him either.
Adrien and Marinette are definitely not your average middle schooler in terms of intelligence (Or in any term for that matter)Sure he is, but this doesn't change the fact that he has below average intelligence. True. But what about Nino? Or even Sabrina, iirc.Adrien and Marinette are definitely not your average middle schooler in terms of intelligence (Or in any term for that matter)
Can’t recall a particular instance when they outsmart him. I only recall that Nino bribe him with action figures.True. But what about Nino? Or even Sabrina, iirc.
Exactly. He's not meant to be book smart or something. He's more skilled in combatIntelligence /=/ skill
...and he can be fooled by a kid entering a car through one door and leaving through another.Exactly. He's not meant to be book smart or something. He's more skilled in combat
Again, book smarts =/= combat experience. You seem to ignore the point....and he can be fooled by a kid entering a car through one door and leaving through another.
My point is, Nora can trick him with even most basic deceptions. Every marked hit, evasion, dive down, provoking him to charge and then using his own impact against him are going to work out. He likely would outmatch a normal person, but another martial artist? No way.
