Who Is The Strongest Vampire

Does anybody know who the strongest vampire is out of all the vampires on this site.

They need to be 100% Vampires, so no Dhampirs like D, the classification has to be vampire

Our Vampires Category is as lax as the term. Maybe Mandrakk the Dark Monitor or Reincarnation Wilhelm Ehrenburg? Much lower down you have Heaven Ascension DIO and GranDracmo.

The only 1-As I can find in the "Vampires" category are Wilhelm Ehrenburg and Reinhard Heydrich.

Is Rein even a true Vampire? I know how strong he is with the various 1-A powers but I never hear him referred to as a Vampire.

I actually don't know anything about them, I just brought them up because they're the only 1-A characters I found in the "Vampires" category.

@Tony: It's said that he can take up different forms of beings related to the night but I forgot if he can do it permanently and shut it back off to go to his normal form.

Then again I'm pretty sure I read that he doesn't feel comfortable taking a vampires form or any other being of the night so IDK if he can still count or not even if you take all that into consideration...
