We don't have a profile for XI's protagonist, so he's just talking about Meteor.
I don't really know where 14's WoL would fit in. He'd still rank pretty high due to his big 2-A scaling chain.

Kind of off topic, but in the Warrior of Light's profile why is the Cloud of Darkness scaled to 2-C when it's very clearly stated by Emet-Selch in Shadowbringers that the Void in FF14 is a planet? It also incorrectly states that the Source is a universe when it also is just a planet. I've read every scrap of dialogue in the FF14 MSQ and the only thing that imo gets even close to that sort of level is the Endsinger's limit break where it states that she's preparing to seal the fate of the universe. And even that could be hyperbole as the text could just be referring to how the WoL is really the last person that can stop her so after he's dead the universe's fate will be sealed.
