When you say 3-D, do you mean a 3-D character or someone whose power is bound by 3-Dimensional space?

Because The Enchiridio is firmly a 3-D being whose capable of performing 2-A feats. His Immeasurable speed may have to go though...theirs nothing that really justifies it.
