Have you read their profiles? TGP's high end stats put it above everyone except Arceus, who is a higher end of 2-B with a lot more hax. So counting Pokemon, Arceus is the strongest. Not counting Pokemon, TGP is.

Number one is Arceus, who outspeeds, outpowers, and/or outhaxxes everyone in all of Nintendo. After that, it is either the Creation Trio or the Gentle Pull. Mario w/ Pure Hearts. Then Dimentio. Dreamy Bowser is next. Then The Player, if it counts. Then the three Golden Goddesses. Tabuu or Giygas come next, likely Giygas. Then either the hands or Rosalina. That's all for tier 2.

For 3-D, it's either Magolor or Ness. Or the hands depending on the likelihood of their tiers. Samus comes next (as a glass cannon), then an amped Bowser, Kirby characters, then Mario Characters, then the top tiers of Zelda. I'm not going any further down.

Assuming that TGP is the Marioverse's supreme being, then no he'd still lose badly. He also loses badly to Arceus, since again he's at a much higher end of 2-B than anyone in Mario and has far more hax.
