Pretty Sure Whitebeard take the win there he annihilated teach who was completely fine while an Old Sick Whitebeard who was near death destroyed him with his naginata cause he knew his attitude and weakness if we take Prime WB he still takes the W he stalemated with The Pirate King and was the only one to be stated equal to him on the other hand Blackbeard post TS is featless but we can take his portrayal and assume he mastered his Devil Fruits but still i would bet on Whtebeard especially in his Prime
