Dream Devourer has no way to kill or incapacitate White Face, due to her resistances to most of his powers, her High-Godly regen, broken Non-Corporeality and the fact that her AP is vastly superior to his own


On the other hand.... Dream Devourer can likely summon himself from Alternate Timelines just like Base Lavos, and... There are Infinite Timelines in the Chronoverse, and I'm pretty sure that White Face won't be able to kill him across Infinite Timelines
