White Face (Imscared) VS Dr Strange (Marvel Comics)

Is this "receives his power back" thing automatic? Otherwise, PN would just slap it into submission.

Even then, WF can just create a few avatars and leave them to constantly erase and PN him back into submission.
 
Also granting Doctor Strange his powers back won't make him able to use them.

WF doesn't remove powers, it just makes you unable to use them.
 
That match has been over for like hours. I really doubt my input is "needed" here, nor will it be impactful.
