Depends. Surfer still has the edge in speed, hax, and immortality. However, Whis definitely has much more of a chance, now.

Depends on if Surfer decides to be a huge jobber or actually be serious. Unfortunately, he's usually the former.

Bloodlusted Surfer is a horrifying idea, though.

Actually there is a calc that puts SSJG Goku and Beerus at 2-4 trillion x FTL in short bursts, and Whis is way faster Saiya-Jin Beyond God Goku and I doubt the gap between the short burst speed and consistent speed is that big

Surfer's speed 3 trillion is low end estimate, and he can keep up his speed for a LONG time. Surfer >>>>> DBZ in speed for now
