Maximum High 6-A is practically identical to baseline, minimum 5-C. The High-End to Low-End Ratio for 5-C is 14.62x, meaning the strongest 5-C is about 14.62 times stronger than the weakest 5-C.
But Dominator ISN'T 5-C, she's High 5-A? So what Ratios are between the bottom of her tier & the peak of Boros's tier, AKA, the minimum gap?

5-B: ~45.5x

Lord Dominator, is at MINIMUM, over 500 & a half MILLION times stronger than Lord Boros!
