Maybe you should check the Attack Potency chart first? Falling from 5 storeys would barely wield Wall level energy in joules based on John's weight.

Busting the entire door is Wall level.

Punching a hole through it however? Depends on the hole size but most of the time it might not even go above Street level unless it's like, made of solid metal with no hollowness.

I don't think doors are made of aluminium generally, but using the values from here (because aluminium doors are typically made of the alloy instead of just pure aluminium):
