3. Tanking bazooka/rocket launcher attacks

4. Basic melee strikes that create beams of natural light, and the ability to dodge such attacks.

Well, Relativistic via dodging Lasers assuming that it's real.

No. 3 is a non-factor assuming that people are hitting eachother with punches that generate lightning (Which gives them the AP equal to that of lightning btw).

No.4 would make them again, relativistic.
