I’m assuming it’s technically tier 0 or at least High 1-A(type 2). Truly this system probably needs more tiers in between High 1-A+ and 0 or at least a better fleshing out of the ones we have.

I started reading through Hegel's work on it, but it was so long and full of flowery word vomit that I gave up.

If it’s elaborated upon as being superior in a cosmology that has at least 1 or more 1-A layers then yeah I think so. As Hegels true infinity is a cyclical state beyond any progression of transcendence. You can imagine it like the horizon line of an ocean with bad infinity being anything that’s still in ocean and transcendence being a movement that takes you further out into the ocean. If that ocean had at least one 1-A realm, we could argue that any transcendence beyond that realm would be inferior to true infinity, even a High 1-A transcendence as at the end of the day it’s still a transcendence. So I feel like you could get at least High 1-A+ type 1 with this set up.
