From what I remember he hasn't been explicitly shown to teleport at all in his games. He's just been shown to be fast.

But how do we know that's teleportation? Could just be a "shortcut" like he claims. Ore he could just be really fast. It's never directly shown to be teleportation.

He literally teleports you around mid fight and teleports his own projectiles, if he was fast enough to move around like that in a blink of Chara's eye then he wouldn't have gotten tired from dodging.

No...? He keeps you stuck in the bullet board right? Even then. That's just him teleporting you.

He can teleport you, his own attacks and get get to the other end of the underground in seconds. Logic exists, we use it to explain things even if not stated.Lonky The Hero said:

Oh. Fair. Sorry for being dumb. I mean. The only other option is Light Manipulation. Which is unlikely.
