Where are these guys from?

Specifically The High Elder Gods, Neverwere, and The All Mighty. I can't find much info on them if any. Are they all from the same SCP (which would explain why they're so vague) or are they all from different articles. And where does it say that they have more power then the Tree of Knowledge and the Brothers Death?

It's okay. I think SCP's worldbuilding is kind of messy but of course that was never the original intent anyways. Still it would help if we knew more about these entities so they'd stand out better. Even Lovecraft gave some character to his Outer Gods, he and other public authors.
