When are Higher-Dimensional Hax Appropriate?

What are the requirements for hax to be considered higher-D? Is it just enough to come from or affect someone with HDE? Does a character with low 1-C or higher AP automatically qualify? Does magic that stems from a higher plane of existence qualify?

If you mean higher D (Low 1-C) then there are a lot. But if you mean higher D like 4D then being stated to be time itself or something like being in a higher plane and incomprehensible should suffice.

No, Low 1-C AP is just that, their existence is still normal. Yes, their hax and resistance got increased to Low 1-C.

Yes, it's enough to affect HDE assuming it's the same dimensionality.

Yes, magic that came from a higher plane (assuming it qualify for Higher Dimensional) is higher D but it doesn't mean it's a Higher Dimensional Manipulation.
