Depends on the distance traveled for each.

That would be combat speed I believe, reactions is just for being able to react to such things within a set timeframe, I believe we have the values on our Reactions page, which says that microsecond reactions are Massively Hypersonic.

Yeah, but it's mostly perception unless there's distanced move to react/dodge it. DT has mentioned against assuming that dodging a bullet fired from 1 cm away being Massively Hypersonic by default.

Anyway, what would the reaction speed of the individual be if his entire body is controlled by a gadget that could completely alter the entirety of a highly advanced mainframe in a few seconds.
