What tier would your favorite character be only by feats not including statements only feat that's shown?

Anos i'm not sure what would his tier be.
Lucario i'm not sure but pretty sure it's still High 7-A.
Natsu would be still be the same too i think since his tier are most shown by feats.
Luffy i'm not sure i think it would be higher tier or the other.
Kasuga arata i'm not sure since i'm not up to the date to it's manga.
Asta pretty sure the same since his tier are done most by feats.
Dante from dmc i'm not sure what would his tier be but still the same i guess?.

Actually without statements then Goku and Beerus's energy ball wouldn't get stronger the further away it goes, so he'd be straight Solar System to Multi-Solar System
