What tier would this character be?

Alright, so this is a brand new character, so I need to explain his power.

Now, you know how Azatoth to our perspective is simply a work of fiction? And the Ctluhu Mythos to us and him is also a fiction? Now what if the people inside the Ctulhu Mythos have their own dream which is a reality on itself filled with more dreamers of reality. That would create an infinite amount of universe below our own universe. Now, imagine that someone imagine our universe and someone else imagine that dreamer's universe, and it keeps going for infinity. Now, if Azatoth, who is a tier zero, is infinitely below someone else' universe, and there's an infinite amount of universe, which could have the same or different laws of physics and reality, or even dimension, or even out of dimension, meaning that someone else see a tier 1-A and tier 0 people as fiction, and someone else see that watcher as a fiction also.

Now this brand new character is the embodiment of all those towering universe becoming one.

Also, since this brand new character is also work of fiction, that mean there could be infinity to the power of infinity inside the version of character. Now what if all the version of this character become one? My question is what tier would he be?

Tier 0.

What you described as essentially nothing but a really reality-fiction breaking Composite Hierarchy. Slapping "infinity" onto everything doesn't make it any more impressive, and you can't go beyond Tier 0.

If someone sees a Tier 0 as lesser, or even just fiction, it simply means that Tier 0 isn't a Tier 0, but rather, at max, a High 1-A. Thus the one who stands boundless above all else is now the Tier 0.

Edit: Also I really recommend you don't describe your character like that. It sounds like Suggsverse and will make the vast majority of readers just stop reading and discredit everything else as just someone trying to get off on a power trip.

^ this, High 1-A and 0 are just a hierarchy thing

And some High 1-A's and 0's from some verses could be (possibly vastly) above others from other ones; it's just impossible to evaluate. They are arbitrary indicators denoting the top of an "outerversal" hierarchy with no known limitations, and then one who is at the top of said hierarchy with known limitations, or who has a being equal to them/that outranks them.

Okay, but can anyone beat him?
No, but he stalemates goku in his gokupotence form, ovo
But gokupotence is an idea. An idea that went beyond everything, maybe, but still an idea in someone's head, and as such is under the jurisdiction of this entity. Even then idea can be changed, even an idea of something that's supposed to be beyond of the concept of idea.

And... joke missed.

But no, if this guy is absolutely boundless, no one beats him and he stalemates the other tier 0s.

Couldn't he technically beat Azatoth? I mean, Azatoth may be boundless if he's real in our world because he dreams of us, but this guy is the collective dream of everyone, including those who dreamed about Azatoth.

Azathoth can't be beaten. Asking questions like that is just misunderstanding him.
When you said that, that count as an idea, true or not, that's irrelevant to this discussion. If say Azatoth view Lovecraft just as we see Azatoth, and someone else see Lovecraft just as Azatoth view humans, that means that Azatoth is a part of this guy.

This is all kinda derailing now. Should we close this thread, since the question's been answered?
