I am trying to make a page on a character named Nokturnus, but I have a question. He seems like he should be 5-B, but he stomped a character named Mortamor. Mortamor was rending two realities (One was the real world, the other was a giant dream world) and pried open a massive hole in his realm with his bare hands (The realm was smaller, only continental in size). Since Nokturnus is massivelly stronger tha Mortamor and he is also a reality warper, would his tier be higher? Or is it best keeping it at 5-B?
