Not too sure if there's a specific common feat for that, but I would assume baseline 9-C if there isn't really anything much

Baseline 9-C is normal people who are extremely adept fighters. World champions and such. They definitely couldn't do anything of the sort you're describing.

It'd be 9-C, above peak human and somewhat into superhuman. There might be a calc somewhere about it, ask a calc group member.
