What tier is this

Basically as the title says, what tier could these feats get.

1. In a thunderous hail, the stones tore holes in the ground, the craters so deep, they extended farther than the eye could see. Tremors shook the earth as if the whole world were being destroyed.
2. Shaking the atmosphere in a radius anywhere from several kilometers to Tens of kilometers?

1. at least somewhere in tier 7, if you take destroy the world seriously you might could call it high 6-A but thats a bit iffy

2. no clue, id guess itd be somewhere in tier 7 as well
