Seems logical but I do have a problem. When it says real world it says fictionalized. We aren't. Unless we are V-Sauce, Michael here.

Killing fictionnal portrayals of real life people is something you can do at any tier.
Doesnt matter more than killing a background character.

It's real people. Some in our would cease to exist. What if a character from a book or show walked out of it's book or your phone and killed you.
