The second one isn’t a cosmology scan, it’s literally just her saying that she had never seen anything beyond the oven. So, I guess you could say tha each layer is at least large enough to contain a kitchen with a single oven.
The first is too vague, could be anything from a really big cookie tray (probably somewhere from tier 9 to 8, since the cookies’ small size means we don’t ever see them travel very far), to a three layered flat Earth style world (high 6-A), to a small multiverse.
The third doesn’t mean much aside from “there is such thing as a universe” but it doesn’t necessarily tell us whether the cookie trays are universes or just exist in the universe.
Fourth scan just means and that there’s more than one of the lower tray, but that could still mean anything from “higher in tier 9” to “higher in 2-C”.
So basically, this tells us next to nothing about the trays’ size.
