What tier is a Pizza Cutter?

It's a thought I had and I looked it up and it gave no answers to I came here
I dont think pizza cutter is tierable at all, but i guess the only person in fiction who unironically uses pizza cutter is Himeko from HSR, tough her pizza cutter is huge

I don't really know, where it would scale as a weapon but it's definitely gonna be below knife.

I think it would be considered 9-C under very specific circumstances, but otherwise not. The blade isn't the sharpest thing around, much duller than a knife.

That being said, I do think I've seen videos of pizza cutter blades (or just, a similar round blade on a stick) being spun to such a degree that they can cut through wood and other objects.

So, just someone using one as a weapon would probably just be 10-C to 10-B, but they could potentially cause some nasty damage if enough force/speed is applied

i think this is mostly case by case scenario, i dont see regular ass pizza cutter (specifically one Op asked about) can be tiered since i dont think its usable in combat.
However fiction can turn anything into weapon so sure why not
The roller blade type probably not but I imagine this type could do some damage
it can but ig if u apply enough force since pizza cutters are designed that you press to be able to cut at all.

Something I state all the time is that blades on their own do not really have AP; as just about all of them are user dependent. But generally, should be able to cut/pierce objects with street level durability.

Vanny and Springtrap are sometimes depicted as using pizza cutters in merch (as a censorship thing, but still applies)
