Which feats require more energy to do

Feat 1: split a celestial object such as the moon or earth for example in half to the point that both halves were seperated no more than 200 meteres.

Feat 2: completely destroy the celestial objects leaving only rubble behind or vaporization

Logically i think feat 2 require more energy but there's people that believe feat 1 use more

What about reducing them to rubble or countless chunks rocks. Like to tje point where the GBE won't bring them back together
