What regen is this?

I've been thinking of this for a week, but I always forget to make the thread.

If someone is ground up, eaten, digested, and passed out of the system, what regen is coming back from that?

I'd say Low-High. It isn't vaporization so it can't be Mid-High, but regenerating from being decomposed into amino acids should warrant at least Low-High imo.

One could argue that as amino acids are molecules, this could be considered High regen, but i'm uncertain about that.
