What qualifies a "Notable match" for a character?

Thanks manThe results from a VS-thread that isn’t:
- A Stomp
- A Vs thread where one or more abilities from either character are restricted (Unless those abilities are a higher tier and they are not passive)
- A Vs thread that has enough votes for grace (3 if you’re on FC/OC, 7 if you’re on Vsbattles, etc)
