Okay, 100% Hypothetical Question Time!
So... assuming that in a verse, there are Higher-Dimensional Entities which transcend the physical reality as a whole, yet, they emanate fundamental concepts that make all of existence "function" properly, and their "influence" infinitely expands throughout all of reality, and any structure that could be created, no matter how small or big they are (Could be an 1-dimensional plane, could be an infinite collection of infinite multiverses with infinite timelines and yada yada)
Okay, now assume a new "universe" is created by someone, and naturally, the domain of said beings expands and encompasses said universe. However, someone in this universe manages to "isolate" it from the domain of the Higher Beings, severing their continuous influence and making them become unable to interact with it, except in minor ways
.......so... what power does this count as? (The "severing a universe from the influence" thing)
