If a verse has shown to consist of countless parallel worlds/universes existing alongside each other and where one Universe was shown to be Higher Dimensional such as 10D or 11D and beings from that universe can freely exist, move between and interact with the inhabitants of the other parallel universes in the Multiverse, then does this mean that the parallel universes are also 10D or 11D??

It depends on the context. Going from your description, these parallel universes can be 10D or 11D. Sometimes most of the fiction doesn't tend to go this way though.

It wouldn't necessarily bw like that but unless there's some contradiction I don't see why we wouldn't assume they're comparable to the standard universe. I don't think this would actually matter for tiering though.

So the Multiverse wouldn't be composed of an countless number of 10D or 11D worlds?

I think it would be, unless the 10-11D one is special for some reason, but it wouldn't change the tier. 1 world like that, countless world's lile that, it's still High 1-C.
