What level AP would a planetary storm be?

For example Hiyori from Sno is able to manipulate the weather on a planetary scale producing thunderstorms, large cyclones, twisters, and strong winds. She also able to life wipe the earth of Humans and animals by lowering the air pressure.

So would be large island by the planetary storm or life wiping the earth? Also does increasing and decreasing the air pressure involve any more. I was told it doesn't?

Varies on how powerful the storm is. Potentially lifewiper level at best.

Cloud moving and parting on such as scale would likely be High 6-A, but it's likely closer to High 6-C as with Storm
