What kind of regeneratios is it?

Character A can regenerate any wound, from cuts to fractures, as long as what he seeks to regenerate has not been completely annihilated.
For example: Character A's right arm has several fractures, but, in a few seconds, it regenerates completely, but his left arm cannot be regenerated, because it was completely destroyed and nothing remains of it.
Also, character A can reattach severed body parts like arms or his own head, although the cut has to be clean.
So what kind of regeneration would it be?

Reattaching his own head implies a form of immortality, combined with High-Low regeneration. Although an argument could be made for Low-Mid.

Edit: Everything else described is Mid-Low.

Yeah, I think it's Immortality Type 2 (Depends on if he has any other type of Immortality) + High-Low. You could still get to him Low-Mid without regrowing limbs if he can regenerate from severe organ damage such as being impaled or something.
