I think it would completely depend on the series and its laws. I mean, a series could write into its cosmology that Holy Fire is so hot that it could melt existence or something.

That's a matter of ap and if applicable hax mechanics. It doesn't matter what you call the type of fire, thats just a label.

Yeah, that depend of the verse, some characters can resist city level explosion but can resist temperatures above 500 C, or some fire based attacks are more magic or hax

Depend on the type of fire that each verse said to be strongest and most powerful but its honestly depend on how they said that its the strongest.
