The power to interact with points in time or timelines through sending messages without having to enter them.
Basically you interact with points in time/timelines of existence without having to physically leave the one they're currently on while sending some kind of message, allowing to affect the events of the other time from the one they normally live in. For example, affecting the past or the past of another timeline, the future or another timeline's future, all by interacting with the point in time or timeline they wish to affect by sending messages through time.
