Does this qualify for 2 time dimensions/Low 1-C?

So there's this river/realm that flows from the future to the past endlessly and is completely disconnected from flow of time of the world and it was created by someone

Due to how this river works the realm simultaneously exists in the past present and future

The time described above is deemed spatial or no different from space and the realm also has a temporal flow of time with it's own past present and future (basically separate from above spatial time) as well as both distance and days being considered a measurement of time (distance travelled in the realm as well as relative time passed in the realm) because the distance you move corresponds to moving into the past or future and the realm considered to have 2 concepts of time.

Would this endless realm qualify as having 2 time dimensions and being low 1-C?

So the thing about a second time axis is that you need to prove a different temporal direction that implies more than just forward-backwards
Things like timelines having time that passes at different rates would not qualify, as even the theory of general relativity already establishes that with just one regular time dimension time can flow at different rates in different places. Time flowing backwards in another universe would also not qualify it to have an additional time dimension, as it would still use the same directions of past and future as regular time, just with events playing out in reverse. For the same reasons, statements about independent time streams or of separate kinds of time, which could flow parallel to the original time, would not qualify.
With the endless realm you still have it have a definitive starting point and a presumed ending point. In addition according to DT they explicitly used this as an example of what wouldn't count as two temporal axis
All would be considered to have the same... well, actually not quite.
I imagine C and D might be considered to not have a time axis at all, as only a single moment of time exists. Well, D is debatable. Depending on how you would model that, I guess it might be a time axis with weird physics or something.
But I don't think the multiverse would be considered to have multiple time axis, in any case.

Basically this "forward-backwards" time is the time that is treated no differently than space while this spatial time which corresponds to multiple moments in time (past present and future exist simultaneously in this river or spatial time) is also encompassed by a temporal time (past present and future) which is the natural "non-spatial" flow of time we are familiar with.

There are still 2 distinct flow of times within this realm. Would this be more of a hypertimeline?

This text from story puts it best
"The best way I can explain it is like this - the Great River does indeed flow from the future into the past, but that is only in relation to the outside world. Here, this kind of time is no different from
space. However, the River still has a past, a present, and a future in relation to itself. Here, this kind of time is just like the time of the Outside."
The Great River itself flows from the future into the past and all these moments in time exist simultaneously in this realm but this realm also has a past present and future (completely independent from any other flow of time) which also encompass the past present and future of the river as it has a past present and future in relation to itself which is why time can be measured in both distance and days.

So basically when you're in this river and you move upstream or downstream you're moving into the future or the past (this is where time is measured in distance) but even if you go completely still and do not move into any point of time you're still abiding by the more "natural" flow of time which is the time that can be measured in seconds minutes hours days etc.

So if you're moving backwards in time you're still also moving forwards in time if that makes sense.

You'd have to prove that the time inside the pyramid can be fundamentally altered or destroyed while the time outside of it remains the same, with the ability to time travel back into the period at various states.

Btw does this point prove anything for 2 time axis?
