I've been trying to figure this out for a while now. I've been trying to find out what character or race this black scaley thing is, but I'm having no such luck. It's one of the villains shown in Toon Sandwich's Super Villain Bowl!

I think it's one of the robots from the X-man where they have to time travel because the robots evolve against their own mutations.

Oh yeah, I see the one image. Thanks for the help. I had a suspicion they were called "Sentinels" from a list of characters in the video, but I couldn't tell from what verse.
