What is grounds for super genius intellect

To explain more on what I mean, Would being able to create a variety of potions, doing advanced calculations in your head easily, being able to learn languages in a few weeks, deciphering another language from a different world, being able to pick up on personality traits to manipulate others to work harder, create innovative board game strategies and beat experts shortly after learning how to play, and devising a plan to redirect steam from geysers to hit an enemy… would all of this count or is it still only genius

just look at the intelligence page

Supergenius: The highest level of non-omniscient intellect, possessed by individuals with unfathomably superhuman intelligence who are capable of creating impossibly advanced physics-defying and reality-warping fantasy technology for extremely diverse purposes.

Take note that for a Supergenius rating to be given based on technological prowess, the character in question should be able to essentially warp reality as they wish on an at least universal (3-A) scale with their inventions, or even use them to overpower tier 1 entities for higher cases. Simply defying the laws of physics with futuristic technology is very common for Extraordinary Geniuses as well.

This is just Genius, not even Extraordinary Genius let alone Supergenius, copy pasting my answer from a previous thread:
Genius: Real life geniuses, like Da Vinci for example, in a combat sense this would be like people who can learn martial arts with a glance or things of that level.

Extraordinary Genius: Geniuses but on steroid, people able to create things like technology that can manipulate space, time or even a perpetual motion machine, this tier is also for dudes with supercomputer levels of calculation power (hence why most evil super AI in fiction generally would fall under this rating). There is no real way to get this purely with combat feats since this rating is more scientifical, though with specific characters and combat feats you could maybe argue (wank) them enough to get this rating.

Super Genius: Extraordinary geniuses but on steroid, this rating is only for scientific which can manipulate reality on at least a 3-A scale, like for example someone able to create a machine that affect the entire timeline of the universe or a dude that can create a botton that reset a multiverse.
